Treefort Drop In Hourly Child Care is locally owned and operated by Courtney and Matt Lieber. Courtney and Matt have a passion for children and display that passion with their own three children – Juliet, Jade & Posey.
Meet the Director
Courtney Lieber
Courtney has her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Endorsement and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has experience working with Preschool, Kindergarten and First grade students at Educare, Omaha Public Schools and Millard Public Schools. Courtney is originally from Michigan and moved to Omaha in 2012 and met Matt soon after. Matt is originally from Papillion and went to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance.
Courtney serves as the director and actively participates in the planning and management of daily activities at Treefort. They have always dreamed of being able to open a unique day care service to meet the needs of the community where they can provide the best possible care for children of all ages.

Anna Wilson
Anna Wilson is our director here at Treefort! Anna leads all daily operations and procedures at the center.
She was born and raised here in Omaha and has 8 years of experience in childcare. Her passion for providing a safe and encouraging environment for children is refreshing because she believes it is a time when children learn critical, social and emotional skills.
We are excited to have Anna onboard to help further grow Treefort and continue creating amazing relationships with our families.
Meet the Assistant Director
Shamica Beister
With over 15 years of experience in child care, Shamica brings dedication and a deep passion for early childhood education to the Treefort team, where she has been a valued member for nearly 5 years. She holds a CDA and studied Early Childhood Education, focusing on helping children grow, learn, and achieve key developmental milestones.
As a mother of four—two of whom attend Treefort—she understands the importance of a nurturing, supportive environment. Shamica is proud to support Treefort’s mission and thrilled to keep growing with the Treefort family.
