Infants (under 18 months): $18/hour
Toddlers (18 months–3 years): $17/hour
Children 3 years and older: $16/hour
Each additional sibling: $14/hour
Daily Rates (7+ Hours)
Infants (under 18 months): $117/day
Toddlers (18 months–3 years): $111/day
Children 3 years and older: $104/day
Each additional sibling: $90/day
Full-Time Weekly Rates
Infants (6 weeks–18 months): $405/week
Toddlers (18 months–3 years): $375/week
Pre-K 3: $355/week
Pre-K 4+: $340/week
Full-time tuition reserves a consistent Monday–Friday spot and is charged weekly, regardless of attendance, including illnesses, vacations, and holidays.
Lunch and scheduled snacks are included.
Prepaid Packages
How it works: The package goes on your Brightwheel account as a credit, then everytime you come we apply the discount and deduct the amount of time you used from the credit. There is no expiration date and any unused credits will be rolled over into the next month. Package discounts do not apply to full-time tuition.
Adventure Package
$250 (Receive 10% off hourly or daily rate)
Woodland Package
$500 (Receive 20% off hourly or daily rate)
Imagination Package
$1000 (Receive 25% off hourly or daily rate)
Sibling Discounts
Both children full-time: The highest-priced child pays regular tuition. Each additional full-time child receives 10% off weekly tuition.
One child full-time and one part-time: The full-time child pays regular tuition. The part-time sibling receives the discounted sibling hourly or daily rate and may also use prepaid package discounts.
Both children hourly or part-time: One child pays the regular rate, and each additional child receives the discounted sibling rate. Package discounts may also apply.
Full-Time Schedule Changes
Families wishing to switch from full-time to part-time or flexible care must provide at least two weeks' written notice. Full-time tuition remains in effect during the notice period, and schedule changes are subject to availability and approval.
