This notice covers Treefort Scheduling SMS, not the separate medical, enrollment or emergency records maintained for childcare.
If you choose texts, Treefort uses your mobile number, scheduling information, consent timestamp/source, preferences and delivery/opt-out records to send transactional scheduling messages and honor your choices. SMS is optional and is not used for marketing.
We do not sell, rent or transfer mobile information or SMS consent for marketing. Messaging providers process information needed to deliver messages on Treefort's behalf, not for their independent marketing. Consent does not authorize another business to message you.
Reply STOP to stop texts. This does not cancel care or change email eligibility. Consent and suppression records are retained as needed to honor your choices and investigate delivery or compliance issues.
