Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I reserve care?

Once you've completed your one-time registration through Brightwheel, reserving care is easy!

We recommend booking as early as possible, as reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and spots can fill quickly.

Need care for the next day or same day? Give us a call! Our online reservation system does not allow bookings within 24 hours of the requested reservation time, but we'll be happy to check availability and reserve a spot for you if space is available.

Please note: Reservations canceled within 24 hours are subject to our cancellation policy. We encourage families to review the policy before booking. Maybe add a button to view cancelation policy.

How does nap time work?
Our daily rest period takes place from 12:30–2:30 p.m. in a calm, supervised environment. Every child is provided with their own sanitized cot, and families are welcome to send a small blanket, pillow, or other comfort item from home.

We understand that every child has different sleep needs, which is why we offer two options during rest time:

  • Nap Time: Children who need a nap rest in a quiet, dimly lit classroom designed to encourage peaceful sleep.

  • Quiet Time: Children who no longer nap are invited to a separate classroom where they can participate in supervised quiet activities such as books, puzzles, coloring, and other calm learning experiences. This allows our napping children to rest without interruption while older children remain engaged.

For children visiting Treefort for the first time, we recommend scheduling their first visit outside of rest time whenever possible to help make the transition into a new environment as smooth as possible.

Our Commitment to a Safe Environment

At Treefort, every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported. Our teachers use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior strategies to help children learn social skills, solve problems, and build positive relationships.

If a child's behavior repeatedly poses a safety risk to themselves, other children, or our staff despite our interventions and partnership with families, we may determine that Treefort is not the best fit for their needs.
